We serve as a bridge between urban and rural communities in the West. Through collaborative process and dialogue, we help find solutions to environmental and social conflict. Many of our rural partners see SNW as a trusted, urban-based communicator of their communities’ issues and interests. 

Each year we host the Sustainable Northwest Auction and Awards Gala as an opportunity to bring urban and rural people together to share a meal and raise funds in support of sustainable rural communities and economic development.
