What Does the Klamath River Dam Removal Deal Mean?

Oregon Public Broadcasting radio report on the Agreement in Principle to remove four Klamath River Dams.

Oregon Public Broadcasting learned more Thursday about a deal involving the Bush Administration and the utility company PacifiCorp.

It could be the biggest dam removal project in history.

The tentative deal would tear down four dams on the Klamath River, in the year 2020.   And it would cost $450 million.

But will it really happen?
