RVCC Issue Papers
Sustainable Northwest and the Rural Voices for Conservation Coalition (RVCC) develop issue papers to highlight concerns and propose solutions to natural resource management issues.
HFHC Partners and Products
The Healthy Forests Healthy Communities program serves a broad array of partners, both in the business and non-profit sectors. Each partner is committed to environmental and social responsibility, and to creating a sustainable future for the Pacific Northwest.
Biomass/Wood-based Energy
Sustainable Northwest promotes woody biomass utilization as a tool to restore forests, promote local economic development in communities, enhance the use of renewable energy at the local level, and support green building initiatives.
Klamath Basin
Sustainable Northwest works with ranchers from the Wood, Williamson and Sprague Valleys, with farmers from the Klamath Federal Irrigation Project, and with tribal leaders to develop comprehensive, community-based solutions in support of the Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement.
Collaboration and Stewardship
Sustainable Northwest has helped facilitated collaborative decisionmaking around natural resource management for 15 years. We've held workshops and forums to help communities throughout the region advance stewardship practices.
