There is a limited pool of funds available for scholarships.  Please send completed Registration Form and Financial Aid Request Form to Alaina Pomeroy.

Both forms are due no later than close of business Monday, October 20th, 2008.  Funding is always limited and we will need most participants to pay for their own attendance.  However, we maintain our commitment to ensuring that lack of financial resources does not prevent anyone from participating.

Please note that financial aid is awarded as a reimbursement after the meeting.  Scholarship recipients will need to pay for all costs out of pocket and then submit a reimbursement form with itemized receipts to receive a reimbursement.  You will only be reimbursed for your actual expenses and you will not receive more than the amount noted in your financial aid award letter. 

Financial aid award notification letters will be mailed on October 24th, 2008.
