FEATURED AUCTION PACKAGE:
FISHING IN ARGENTINA

7 days of fishing in Patagonia, Argentina
Feb 15- Feb 21, 2023

Absolutely prime mid-summer dates for two of the most coveted fisheries in Patagonia, Argentina, the Limay tailwater and the Collon Cura. Both ranches offer unmatched private access to these great waters and long time outfitter Chocolate Lab Expeditions, is one of the most respected operations in all of South America.

The trip starts with four days floating & wading the 30 miles of the Limay tailwater accessed within the Limay River Ranch. These are great dates for fishing big terrestrial dries and chasing large crome migratory browns. The Limay regularly produces browns in the 23+ inch category, and CLE has boated a number over 30”, on dries, in their 19 years on the river. Chocolate Lab Expeditions offers brand new RO Drift Boats and since they pioneered the lower Limay back in 2003, you’re in the best of hands to enjoy one of the greatest trout fisheries on the planet.

After the Limay you’ll move over to the Collon Cura River, during some of the most productive dates of the season. A run of native minnows up the river turns on the trout and they can be found crashing bait throughout the lower stretches of the river. This is exciting fishing with floating lines, and often the action is nearly non-stop. For a change of pace you can head to the upper stretches of the property and drift hoppers and various terrestrials for great dry fly action.

Thank you to Ron Sorenson and Chocolate Lab Expeditions for their generous donation of this extraordinary package.
